Pam from State Farm Kris Feliciani did an awesome job taking care of my insurance needs!

We had a steller experience dealing with the Feliciani State Farm agency. Everyone at the agency provided outstanding customer service however we want to acknowledge Pam. She assisted us in getting our policies transfered from another state. Also she made sure to obtain a multitude of available discounts. We were under strict deadlines for obtaining registration for our cars in Pennsylvania and she was able to comply with the rules. Her expeditious handling of the situation brought our anxiety levels to a minimum. Pam is the ultimate professional who cares about her clients. We would recommend anyone searching for an insurance agent to contact the Feliciani team!!!

Could NOT say enough good things about this crew at State Farm (Kris Feliciani) This company covers my auto, motorcycle, and renters policy’s at a VERY good price, and have ALWAYS been quick to answer ANY questions that I may have. I have had my insurance through this company for some time now, but never truly had to use it until recently. After hitting a deer this past winter, and waiting to get my car in to the shop for repairs, I had a REALLY bad experience with the shop. They did not do a very good job at repairing the vehicle, and I was not very satisfied with the end result. I had assumed it would just be what it was. After talking with Kris, and Megan, and some further review, Megan was able to get me scheduled with another repair shop. This shop reviewed the previous shops repairs, checked out the vehicle, and ended up repairing the damage to my car for a second time. The second shop did an EXCELLENT job, and the repair came out like I had expected the original repair to be (even better honestly) ALL at no further cost to me, which I could NOT believe. I was overwhelmed with the professionalism, and kind, courteous helpfulness of the folks her at Kris Feliciano’s office! I also could not be more thankful for the crew at this agency! They are absolutely TOP NOTCH! Really went to bat for me, and took care of my needs when I needed them most. That is NOT something that happens all that often, and I’m EXTREMELY grateful for Kris, Megan, and the others at this agency! If you are looking for an insurance agency that is extremely helpful, and truly cares, this is the place you want to visit! I’m sure that they will do whatever they can to help out, and take care of ALL your needs! State Farm’s slogan may be “Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there….” and in this case, they truly are! I’d like to say Thank You to Kris, Megan, and everyone there at the office for ALL that you do! It is the little things that count, and mean the most, and these folks making me feel like I matter, and not like just another monthly payment, absolutely will NOT be forgot about!
